退換貨政策 · Returns & Exchanges
七天鑑賞期（消費者保護法第 19 條）
依中華民國消費者保護法第 19 條，您享有自收到商品翌日起 7 天鑑賞期。於期限內，您可無條件退回商品，無需說明理由。
- 商品須保持原狀、原廠包裝完整，配件、吊牌齊全
- 退貨運費由 AURUM 負擔（每筆訂單一次）
- 退款將於確認收到退貨後 7 個工作天內以原付款方式退回
- 請先聯繫我們取得退貨授權，再寄回商品
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, without giving any reason, under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition with all original packaging and tags
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via the original payment method
- Please contact us to initiate a return before shipping
International Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for international orders. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us before shipping any return.
衛生商品除外規定 · Hygiene Exclusions
基於衛生考量，下列商品一經拆封即不受退換貨政策保障，但商品有製造瑕疵或與商品描述不符者不在此限，仍可申請全額退款或換貨：
- 穿洞式耳環（耳釘、耳扣、耳環等與皮膚直接接觸之穿耳飾品）
依據：消費者保護法施行細則第 19 條第 1 項第 5 款「已拆封之個人衛生用品」。
Pierced earrings (studs, hoops, and any pierced jewellery making direct skin contact) are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the sealed packaging has been opened, under:
- Taiwan Consumer Protection Act Enforcement Rules Art. 19(1)(5)
- EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(e)
All other AURUM products — rings, necklaces, bracelets, clip-on earrings — remain fully returnable within the applicable period.
有瑕疵之商品，無論品項，均可申請全額退款，不受上述除外規定限制。
Defective items are always fully refundable, regardless of product type.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. AURUM cannot predict or control these charges.
